STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Boil fresh water and let it cool slightly, reaching a temperature around 200°F (93°C).
2. Measure out 1 teaspoon of herbal loose leaf tea per 8 ounces (240ml) of water. Adjust according to your taste preference.
3. Place the herbal tea leaves into a tea infuser or teapot.
4. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves, ensuring they are fully submerged.
5. Steep the herbal tea for 20-60 minutes to extract the full flavor and benefits. Adjust the steeping time based on your desired strength.
6. Once steeped, remove the tea leaves or strain the tea to prevent over-steeping.
7. Enjoy your freshly brewed herbal tea plain or add honey, lemon, or other flavorings to taste.
8. Store any remaining tea in an airtight container to preserve freshness.
